The Bible Day was celebrated in a solemn manner on 15th September 2009. Various competitions were conducted based on the Bible themes i.e. written test for staff and students, Bible Quiz, Just a Minute and Fancy Dress.  At the closing ceremony, the colorful and meaningful cultural events were performed by our inmates of the institutions inside the campus of JAC i.e. Day Care Centre, Daystar, Community College, ACCA press and our students.  All the programmes portrayed and depicted the bible values. 
The function was presided over by Rev. Sr. Reginal, Secretary, Rev. Sr. Yesu Thangam, Principal and Rev. Mother Willigise, Former Superior General and Secretary of St. Anne’s Engineering College, Panruti. Rev. Mother Willigise delivered the Bible Day Address. She stressed the wonders of thanksgiving and praising the Lord and she also insisted the deep faith of Abraham. The winners of the various competitions were awarded prizes and the function came to an end with Papel Anthem.
